Time: 30 min. + 5 hours
Ingredients (for 4 persons):
200 g torrone, 250 g fresh cream, 2 eggs, 60 g cane sugar, vanilla pod.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Whisk the egg whites until white peaks form. Coarsely chop the torrone. Whip the cream in a bowl, add the yolks beaten with the sugar, the whipped whites, a pinch of ground vanilla and the torrone.
Pour mixture in a mould and put in freezer for about 5 hours. Remove from freezer some time before serving.
The dessert can be served garnished with dark chocolate scales.
