Traditional food product

The Venetian Scaldaferro’s nougat was added under the Italian Ministerial Decree DM by 18 July 2000 (Ninth Revision of the National List of Traditional Food Products) on the national list of traditional food products such as “mandorlato veneziano, torrone veneziano, mandoeato”. The prestigious recognition proves that the processing and the ingredients we used make it a unique and inimitable product in Italy.
