This is a typical Christmas dessert, for which is needed: 1kg sesame seeds, 600 g honey, 300 g sugar, 250 g toasted almonds
Preparation: Melt the honey and sugar in a pan. Add the sesame seeds and the almonds. Mix with a wooden spoon until the mixture begins to boil. When it is mixed well, spread on a damp surface or a board of marble until it is about 1 cm thick, then cut into square or diamond shaped pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
